Common questions

How account activation, ordering, deposits and delivery work for licensed Minnesota retailers.

Who can order?
Wholesale ordering is for signed-in Minnesota retailer accounts with completed electronic onboarding and active store access. Pricing is public, but submitting an order requires an active company and store.
How does account activation work?
Create one company login, confirm your email, then complete the electronic onboarding form with your company, store, Minnesota license, purchasing, billing and tax information. Electronically sign the certifications and submit. Once the signed submission is accepted, the company and first store activate immediately; there is no vendor-packet upload or routine approval wait. Elevate can still suspend or restore access when needed.
One login for several stores?
Yes. Each company has one login that can hold multiple store records. Every order belongs to exactly one store, and each store is billed separately.
How are cases sized?
Full single-strain cases only, with no mixing of strains inside a case. Published case packs are shown on each available item; Coming Soon products remain non-orderable until their case pack and price are finalized.
Is pricing the same for everyone?
Yes. Published wholesale prices apply to every active wholesale customer. There are no customer-specific prices, tiers, discounts or coupons, except previously accepted legacy orders that retain their agreed price.
What is the deposit?
A 25% ACH deposit applies to the entire order, including any preordered items. The deposit is credited proportionally across the order.
How do preorders work?
When ready stock is exhausted and a next batch has been opened with remaining capacity, you can preorder against that batch. Availability windows are estimates only unless we confirm a date.
Can I change an order after submitting?
No. Submitted orders are locked. Drafts stay editable until you submit. If something needs to change, we start a new draft with you.
How do split deliveries get paid?
Your order stays on one invoice. At each delivery you pay only that shipment's value, less its share of the deposit. Items that have not shipped yet are not due.
What payment methods are accepted?
ACH for the deposit, and for each shipment balance either ACH before dispatch or a check collected at delivery. There is no card checkout and QuickBooks online payments are not used.
What does delivery cost?
Delivery uses fixed rates by zone, not mileage. Orders over $10,000 in merchandise deliver free, including across split shipments. Other orders pay the zone rate for each shipment, shown before you submit.
Where are COAs and brand assets?
Batch COAs and the resource library (official photos, logos and sales materials) are private to active, signed-in wholesale customers.
